Three-dimensional sculptures and paintings made from recycled cardboard, between 2019 and 2022.
What I was interested in investigating was what an organism looked like in its disordered, or apparently disordered, growth phase.
In this work I have focused attention on what is considered waste material. I collected the branches and made casts with them by using plaster soaked bandages.
I believe there something terrifying about some natural forms and particularly the way they develop.
